The overall goal of Harwell Enterprises is to provide states, districts, and schools with assistance to plan, develop, or improve Career Academies, Career Pathways, Small Learning Communities, or Tech Prep programs. These organizational structures are important school improvement strategies to provide the framework for improving student performance.
